Exercises involve working with your dog on both your left and right sides, encouraging natural movement, balance and coordination.

You don’t need any specialist equipment or previous Rally experience to get started. The exercises can be adapted to suit different dogs and handlers, and the skills can easily be practised at home or incorporated into your normal walks.

Talking Dogs Rally is suitable for dogs of all breeds and for handlers of different ages and abilities. You can simply enjoy Rally as a fun activity with your dog, or, if you catch the Rally bug, there is also the opportunity to progress towards competing at trials.

During the workshop you’ll learn how to follow a Rally course, understand some of the Level 1 station signs and teach your dog a variety of exercises, gradually building your skills as a team. At the end of the session you’ll get the chance to have a go at a mini course. Workshops are relaxed and friendly.
