Plus the chance to win small prizes throughout the challenge. Prizes will be awarded for a variety of reasons including motivation, having fun, accuracy and effort.

Back for the 6th year with lots of new challenges.

12 days of fun online challenges starting Sunday 21st December. Suitable for all levels with a variety of options for each challenge. For each challenge there will be video demonstrations of each of the exercises.

All you'll need is 10 to 15 mins a day where you and your dog spend quality time together having fun.

You then send me videos/photos of you and your dog having a go at the challenge. All videos to be submitted by 4th January.
