talking dogs rally

Talking Dogs Rally is a fun sport that involves you and your dog working as a team to navigate a course with numbered signs indicating different exercises to perform; think of it as a sort of ‘obedience exercise obstacle course’ including a range of fun and challenging exercises. No matter what level you and your dog may be at it’s easy to get involved and start training and competing. The sport is designed specifically for pet dogs and their owners and focuses on natural movement and maintaining balance by having the dogs working on both the left and right sides. The great thing about Talking Dogs Rally is you can practice it anyway and don't require any specialist equipment. I am often seen practicing when out walking my dogs - lots of fun and livens up an on lead walk.

These fun sessions will introduce you to the sport of Talking Dogs Rally and teach you the basics of some of the many exercises. Taught in a relaxed atmosphere, you will learn how to negotiate a Talking Dogs Rally course, following the numbers, reading the station signs and helping your dog through each exercise.  To find out more about TD Rally visit the official website.

Talking Dogs Rally is fun for all and welcomes handlers of all ages and abilities, and dogs both crossbreed and pedigree. During a trial you compete against your own previous scores rather than against each other, creating a very friendly and encouraging atmosphere. With 93 different exercises, six levels of challenge, nine different classes and an infinite combination of stations, Talking Dogs Rally will keep you and your dog busy for years to come.
